Easy and Fast Connectivity
The RouterBoard 2011 UAS-RM now has 5 LAN ports along with 5 fast Ethernet ports. What’s more, you can make use of an RJ45 connector for the serial port and a microUSB port. In other words, you can design different types of network schemes with this router board. You can go for something simple to something more intricate or complex, serving various network users and sharing bigger content without compromising the speed and performance of the Internet.
Quick Configuration
Along with the power supply, the RouterBoard 2011UiAS-RM’s package includes a rack mount enclosure. There’s also an SFP cage, so the only thing to think about is the module. There’s n LCD panel that’s touch screen so you won’t have a hard time configuring the device. It also has an auto-MDI/X capability, which means it adjusts itself depending on what cable wires you attach. There’s no need to guess or go through trial and error when it comes to cables.

You can also set up the router board into a wireless access point and bridge and enjoy 500 PPPoE, L2TP, and PPTP tunnels, as well as unlimited OVPN and VLAN interface support. Other benefits include 500 hotspot active users, support for RADIUS client, unlimited queues, unlimited KVM guests, 50 user manager active sessions, and support for RIP, BGP, and OSPF protocols. It is equipped with 128MB RAM, NAND Flash, and Atheros AR9344 running on 600MHz.
PoE output
There is PoE output function for port #10 – it can power other PoE capable devices with the same voltage as applied to the unit. Maximum load on the port is 500mA.
