Do you offer delivery in Nairobi?+
Yes. We offer next-day delivery within Nairobi for in-stock items. Delivery outside Nairobi is available with extended timelines. You will receive a confirmation with tracking details once your order is dispatched.
What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept M-Pesa, bank transfers, and card payments. For businesses, we can issue pro-forma invoices and support procurement purchase orders. Contact us for credit terms if you are a registered business.
Is VAT included in your prices?+
Prices are displayed ex-VAT by default, with the VAT-inclusive total shown alongside. This gives procurement teams a clear view of the base cost while keeping the final amount transparent.
Can I get a quotation for my business?+
Yes. Add items to your cart and use the "Save as quote" option to generate a formatted quote. You can also reach out via WhatsApp to receive a formal quotation tailored to your procurement requirements.
What is your return policy?+
